Questions?
When should I book my stay?
As soon as possible. We ask that you have booked your stay (with at least a $100 deposit) by Friday, October 3rd, 2025. The sooner you book, the more likely the resort can accommodate any of your requests while maintaining our room block rate.
When is payment due?
The resort requires a deposit of $100/per person (minimum) at the time of booking; however, another amount or full payment can be made at this time and any time up until the final due date of Monday, February 2nd, 2026. Feel free to make incremental payments also or ask Crissy to set up an automatic payment schedule if you prefer.
What if the room I want is not available?
No problem! We have a room block with several different room types reserved, but if your preference isn't available and you book early, our travel agent Crissy can work with the resort to try to secure a room type at our block rate.
What is Tommy Bahama Formal?
Also know as beach casual. For men, short-sleeved button-downs/Hawaiians encouraged, tie highly optional. We do recommend long pants and closed toed shoes.
For women, sundresses or dressy separates and sandals.
Do i need a passport?
Yes, and please be sure it does not expire within 6 months of the trip.
What is the minimum number of nights to stay?
The baseline minimum to book is 3 nights.
What if I want to stay longer than what is available?
If you have any issues booking additional nights through our booking website link, please reach out to Crissy and she can assist you!
What additional activities are planned?
None at this time, enjoy your vacation as your heart desires!
There are plenty of options through the resort and in the area if you want to explore.
Why do I have to book so early?
We have specific room types and dates available at our room block rate that can be held for a period of time. Booking early allows us to secure a great rate for guests. The sooner you book your stay, the more likely Crissy will be able to work with the resort to accommodate any requests or changes (for example - you are interested in a swim-up room but the booking link shows unavailable for the dates you would like to travel - reach out to Crissy who will contact the resort on your behalf to check availability.)
Can I stay at the sister resort? (Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall)
Yes. The Hyatt Ziva is the family-friendly side, and the resorts are adjacent with seamless access between them for adults. Children are not permitted on the Zilara side of the resort.
Can I stay at a different resort?
Yes, but you will only have access to the Hyatt property during the wedding activities on May 1.
What is included during the stay?
Hyatt Zilara is an all-inclusive resort with unlimited food and drinks (including alcohol). You will also have access to all areas on the Hyatt Ziva side of the resort.
What is the cost to stay at the resort?
Use the link on the Resort & Reservations page to explore our room block pricing based on your room choice and number of nights. Baseline pricing for a King (or double) room is $418 per person per night for single occupancy, $240/person/night for double occupancy, and $158.00/person/night for triple occupancy.
Do I need travel insurance?
No, but it is encouraged. There is an option to add travel insurance to your trip at the time of booking. Please see additional information at the bottom of the page under Resort & Reservations.
Can I use a different transportation to/from the airport to resort?
Yes! You do not have to use Reggae Tours, although we do encourage it as Crissy will handle most of the arrangements. We have also had great experiences in the past with this company.
What if i cannot attend the wedding?
We completely understand if you are unable to attend our wedding (though you will be greatly missed)! We will be emailing guests who have not booked in a few months which will give you the opportunity to let us know.
Do you have a registry?
Your presence at our wedding is the only gift we ask for. If you still feel inclined to send us a gift, below is a link to our registry
